The Field Integrated Design & Operations (FIDO) Rover is the terrestrial prototype
for the Mars Exploration Rover (MER) that is currently exploring the surface of Mars.
While at JPL, I independently researched, experimented with, recorded data, and performed
detailed analysis on the Infared Point Spectrometer (IPS). The IPS is one of 8 key
tools on the in situ integrated intrument suite.
