In Q4 2010, Samsung requested a research-inspired program that resulted in 5 smartphone and tablet concepts, each with novel features in terms of ID, UI, and UX.

During this program, I served as the lead for the research and insight development process, inviting the client into the field for 20 2-hour ethnographic interviews along the West Coast of the US.
